Early Life and Education
Thomas Vogel is an esteemed Swiss structural engineer. Born on October 1955 and earning his degree from ETH Zurich’s civil engineering department in 1977. Since then he has completed many projects such as public buildings, commercial properties, industrial facilities and bridges.
He also lectures and teaches on various subjects, with his current research focused on creativity and creative thinking. Furthermore, he has published books on this topic.
Tom was an American patriot through and through. He valued God, country and honor. Fighting tirelessly for freedom and liberty while always doing what was right was something Tom never took for granted.
Suzette Vogel leaves behind four grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins that loved him dearly. All who knew him will miss him deeply.

Thomas Vogel lived life to its fullest. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends; hunting, fishing and football were his hobbies of choice – particularly Redskins games where he loved cheering for their success!

He and his wife are proud parents to two children – Lillian and Stephan – whom they enjoy spending time with at the park or other exciting activities. Additionally, he is an active veteran member of both VFW and American Legion.
