He is co-founder and Worldwide Executive Director of Humanity’s Team, an organization dedicated to awakening people around the globe to their inner nature and the interdependency of everything in nature.
Early Life and Education
Steven Farrell is an executive with extensive experience in public policy, communications and human resources in Boston. Currently he manages the public policy, communications and information technology business lines at Metro Housing|Boston which offers housing services that focus on homelessness prevention and self-sufficiency for families and individuals in Greater Boston.
In the 1990s, he founded and led two high-growth technology companies which made the Inc. 500 list and operated both in North America and Europe. Additionally, he co-founded Humanity’s Team alongside Neale Donald Walsch as part of a conscious movement which helps people connect more deeply to Oneness through awareness.
Steven Farrell enjoys reading and writing novels, short stories and screenplays in his free time, collecting art and music as he goes. A graduate from Glen Cove High School, Steven studied dental school yearbook editing at Penn and held positions within Delta Upsilon, Newman Club Skull Society Funnell Society among many others.
Professional Career
Farrell co-founded and led two fast-growth technology companies during the 1990s: Enterprise Networking Systems and Netigy, both featured on INC 500 lists. Additionally, he served as an officer in both Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization and Young Presidents’ Organization.
Steve Farrell is an entrepreneur, author, and spiritual leader. Currently serving as Worldwide Executive Director for Humanity’s Team – a global consciousness movement focused on awakening Oneness so humanity may experience sustainable peace harmony and prosperity – Steve currently resides in Melbourne Australia with his family.
Steve and his wife reside in Wellington where they are active residents, supporting local sports teams and participating in community projects. Steve owns Prinvest Advisors a firm providing investment and financial advice to individuals and families.

Pascack Valley High School recognized him with three letter wins in baseball, earning first-team all-league and county teams recognition in 2013. Additionally, he excelled at basketball and lacrosse at Pascack Valley HS; later becoming team captains both sports. Finally, he is proudly the father of three children.

Steven Farrell is a highly enthusiastic and results-oriented sales leader with extensive experience forming long-term relationships with C-Suite executives. A skilled communicator, his voice can be easily understood in conversations. Steven is currently serving as Executive Director for a non-profit human services organization.
Farrell is the author of Mersey Boys, a novel, play, and screenplay that tells the tale of an American art professor moving to Liverpool in 1959 and meeting John Lennon (later John Lennon). Published by Celtic-Badger Publishers, Mersey Boys was released for publication in 2013.
Humanity’s Team, an awareness movement with the purpose of connecting more deeply to Divine Oneness and contributing to creating a prosperous and awakened society, was also created under his direction.

After Jane’s Addiction was disbanded, Stephen Perkins formed Porno for Pyros with former bandmate Peter DiStefano on guitar and Martyn LeNoble on bass; their debut album was released in 1999.
