Steve Frary, 68, of Youngsville, NC, passed away on June 27, 2022

Steve Frary, 68, passed away Monday June 27, 2022 after suffering an illness at home in Youngsville. A member of Grace Reformed Baptist Church in Rocky Mount, North Carolina and avid bird watcher along the coast and nearby parks as well as in the mountains he took great pleasure in birding trips and expeditions for bird watching trips.

Oriental Trading’s new distribution center marks a landmark moment for their gift and novelty cataloger, said CEO Steve Frary, as part of their strategic growth plan.

Early Life and Education

Steve Frary was born May 6, 1954 in Columbus, Ohio. After attending Mt. Vernon High School he went on to receive both his Bachelor of Science from Miami University and Master of Divinity degrees at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary of Wake Forest respectively.

Deborah Moses and Sydney Moses remain his survivors. Together with his family, they enjoyed taking trips to the coast and local parks for trips along with his love for collecting theological books.

Delp’s name will live on through a scholarship established to assist local students. The narwhal features seven sails – four lowers and three topsails (including its fisherman!) which can add half a knot of boat speed.

Professional Career

Highly driven and results-oriented professional with extensive intelligence and special operations experience is looking for a leadership position within the military or similar fields. Proven success leading teams effectively while managing difficult environments.

Denny Frary has worked as Chief Meteorologist at KCRG-TV Cedar Rapids Iowa for more than thirty years and earned their seal of approval with his weathercasts. Additionally, he hosted daily talk shows, weekly public affairs programs and telethons – among other duties!

Lincoln College appointed him to their Board, and also serves on Castle Manor, St. Clara’s Rehab and Senior Care, Lincoln-Logan Community Theatre and Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital Foundation boards. Together with Debra, they enjoy bird-watching trips along the coast and in local parks.

Achievement and Honors

Debra Frary Moses of Youngsville, North Carolina survives him along with two sons Stephen W. and Keith M. Frary from Niskayuna, New York; Lindsey Frary Ritchie, Victoria Frary and Alexandra Frary as well as seven great-grandchildren: Mikayla, Mason Kolton Brooke Natalee Bentley Juarez Juarez as well as one sister; plus special in-laws nieces and nephews.

Frary says creating the scholarship in Delp’s honor was the perfect way to commemorate both her artistry and give back to the community. This year, it will provide one student from UMass Lowell with funding to study music – it is named after one of Delp’s songs written specifically for Frary: “Lighting the Water”. Personal Life

Frary and his wife owned the Narwhal, a gaff-rigged blue water sailing yacht with seven sails including its iconic Fisherman sail. This classic piece of equipment gave fishing schooners their name, adding one or more knots of speed. They also enjoyed camping aboard their RV and spending time with family in Gold Canyon, Arizona.

Frary was married and the proud parent of two children. A member of Grace Reformed Baptist Church in Youngsville, North Carolina, they enjoyed bird watching together as well as visiting local parks together.

Frary left his position as CEO of Oriental Trading Company – which sells gifts and novelties through catalogs and the internet – in November to be replaced by a team of senior executives. Since its privatization in 2006, Oriental Trading Company has experienced steady growth. Steven Frary now lives at 11135 Moreno Avn, Lakeside CA 92040-1432.

Steve Frary reportedly estimated to be worth approximately $60 Million. He owns an extensive library of theological books and enjoys bird-watching. With his wife Debbie, Steve often takes trips to local parks, beaches and mountains of North Carolina for birding expeditions and trips with their children to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary of Wake Forest where his supportership can be seen through trips he and Debbie take together as a family unit residing at Youngsville NC with their family home being in Youngsville.
