Co-founding iBahn, which specializes in high-speed broadband Internet access for business travelers. He holds several notable credits, such as roles on HBO’s hit series “The Sopranos” and Martin Scorsese-produced Boardwalk Empire.

He served in expeditionary operations in support of mission critical teams pursuing national security objectives. In recognition of his service he earned numerous US military and state department medals including a Defense Distinguished Service Medal, Donovan Award from OSS Society, Intelligence Star for Valor Award from CIA as well as several others.
He served on both the Georgetown School of Foreign Service Alumni Association Board and Africare Board of Directors. Married to Joyce Sharer, their children included Tom (Brandi) Cashen, Beth (Tom) Cashen, Jennifer Noel and Steven Cashen as well as seven grandchildren.

He co-authored Winning in Both Leagues, a book which chronicled Oakland Athletics General Manager Billy Beane’s rise and winning strategy that resulted in championship success for Oakland. He and his wife reside in Juneau, Alaska.
