Monica and Shannon Brown Celebrate Their Second Wedding Anniversary Today

R&B singer Monica and Los Angeles Laker Shannon Brown are celebrating their second wedding anniversary today, PEOPLE reports. The couple first married in a private ceremony on November 22, 2010 at the singer’s home and then tied the knot again last year for a larger affair with hundreds of their closest friends and family.

Celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss arranged the event for the two starlets, who have been together since 2010. They exchanged vows before a crowd of fans and friends at Vibiana, a 19th-century cathedral in downtown Los Angeles.

The bride wore a stunning Stephanie Rolland corseted mermaid gown for the occasion, which cost an estimated $1 million. It features silk organza and satin with crystals.

Her makeup was a softer version of the classic gray smokey eye, with soft pink lips. This glam look was perfect for the glamorous day.

She looked gorgeous as a bride, and we love that she chose to wear her hair down for the occasion! This style allows her charming freckles to shine through.

We also love the bridesmaids’ dresses, which are all Jenny Yoo Collection creations in soft pale colors. They coordinated beautifully with the bride’s lace Monique Lhuillier dress.

The flowers and tablescapes for this sweet and simple wedding were a perfect fit for the couple’s springy, garden-inspired theme! Floral designer Francesca’s Floral Design added beautiful florals to the outdoor ceremony and reception.

A pretty pastel palette of gray and pink shades with a subtle smokey effect was perfect for the bride’s makeup. We love that she opted to leave her natural curls free, too!

She’s an absolute dream to work with, and she makes sure every bride looks her best. From her hairstylist to her makeup artist, she always has the best team in place.

In addition to her own bridal squad, Mo brought in some of her best friends and famous celebrity BFFs to join her for the big day! Trina, Vanessa Bryant, Ciara and her fiance Ludacris’ girlfriend Euxodie were among her bridal party.

After the wedding, the couple took a quick vacation to the Caribbean to spend some time together and celebrate their new lives. We hope they have the most incredible honeymoon!
