He served on the boards of both MiTech and the National Center for Construction Education and Research Training. A graduate of Bay City Junior College, he received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Michigan State University and is an active member of both organizations. Furthermore, he holds memberships in both societies as well as receiving several prestigious awards from both organisations.
