Early Life and Education
Early childhood education is a field of academics that involves teaching children from birth to approximately eight years old. This education emphasizes the development of children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs.
These years are critical in the development of a child’s brain. This is when they create social skills, self-worth, perception of the world and moral outlook.
Parents are a child’s primary educators, and the quality of their relationship often has an enormous influence on their development as an adult. Furthermore, the environment in which they grow up plays an integral role.

John Lyboldt has been in the automotive industry for over 35 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Dealer Services at NAADA.
