John Delozier
John DeLozier is an esteemed channel executive with extensive expertise in business management, sales and partner development. He has earned multiple Channel Chief awards from CRN for his achievements.
Intelisys, a ScanSource-owned master agent, has promoted longtime channel leader DeLozier to president. In this role he will guide the company’s strategic evolution by providing partners with hardware, software, connectivity and cloud services they need for success.
Early Life and Education
John delozier was fortunate to receive an excellent education during his childhood years. He attended school in Arkadelphia, Arkansas before moving to Durant, Oklahoma for college.
After graduating, he embarked on a career in education and wrestling. He coached the wrestling team at Winona State Teachers College before being named assistant coach of the Warrior’s in 1958.
Coach Bartelma had an impressive 331-136-8 coaching record and won eight sectional championships during his 32 year coaching career. Additionally, he coached 26 individual state place finishers. In 1992 he was inducted into the Dave Bartelma Wrestling Hall of Fame.
Professional Career
John DeLozier has earned a place of honor in his professional career due to his leadership in various industries. His dedication and excellence in service are well-known, guaranteeing each customer an unforgettable experience.
As president of Intelisys, a provider of technology services and solutions, John is accountable for overseeing all aspects of the business – sales, supplier services, operations and marketing – with an eye towards growth and strengthening partner and supplier relationships. Additionally, John will guide Intelisys’ strategy development as well as create innovative programs and tools that provide enhanced partner insights and growth opportunities.
He has served as CRN Channel Chief for five years, earning him a reputation in the industry. Additionally, his commitment to channel management and creative strategies that support partners’ businesses have been widely praised.
Achievements and Honors
John Delozier has had a storied career in the communications industry. Currently, he serves as Senior Vice President of Global Channel Sales for 8×8, an enterprise provider of voice, video, and collaboration solutions to businesses around the globe.
He has earned numerous awards and recognitions for his accomplishments in communications technology. One such honor is being named to Channel Partners magazine’s Circle of Excellence, an esteemed recognition given to executives who have demonstrated true dedication and excellence within the channel.
One other noteworthy event is the “Irish Education 100”, a list that recognizes prominent Irish-American leaders at university level in America. Notable alumni include Alan Delozier, D.Litt. and Associate Professor of Catholic Studies; as well as Monsignor Joseph R. Reilly S.T.L., Rector and Dean of Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology.
Personal Life
John Delozier was a simple man who valued family values and morality above all else. He also held high positions of honor within his community, was an ardent patriot, staunch conservative and devout Christian.
He enjoyed art, literature and dry humor. As part of his social life, he visited presidential libraries, museums and galleries.
His wife Judith DeLozier and son Eric were the most significant people in his life.
They have been married for over 30 years, during which they have raised several children together.
John was heavily involved in the Winona State wrestling program, helping it grow to be a powerhouse. Throughout his tenure as a wrestler, he earned two Northern Intercollegiate Conference championships and finished as an impressive national second place finisher at 123 pounds.
