Janelle Monae and the Oscars 2022

If you’re looking for a little extra fun to your Oscars viewing experience, you’re going to want to check out Janelle Monae. She’s one of the most creative forces in the film industry, and is an incredibly versatile actress. In fact, she’s played a number of different roles, and has received critical acclaim for her performance in “Hidden Figures”.

At the end of the night, she was presented with the SeeHer Award, a prestigious award that recognizes women who are leading in the feminist movement. Prior recipients include Zendaya, Gal Gadot, and Claire Foy. The awards are given to women who are pushing the boundaries of gender and sexuality.

Janelle has been a big part of this year’s Oscar season, appearing in “Glass Onion: A Knives Out” and playing the role of a surrogate mother in “Moonlight”. Her performance in these two films earned her a nomination for best supporting actress. This was the first time she had appeared in a major award show, and it proved to be a huge highlight.

Janelle Monae is an underrated actor. However, her performances in “Moonlight” and “Glass Onion: A Knives out” prove she’s more than a pretty face. Not only is she a terrific actress, but she is a fashion icon as well. When she arrived at the Vanity Fair Oscars party, she wore a sexy little black dress with extreme cut-outs. To finish the look, she wore a pair of dangling earrings and a tiny top-handle black handbag with metallic handles.

Besides her appearance at the Vanity Fair Oscars party, Janelle was also a part of the 94th Academy Awards. After the ceremony, she headed to the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts for an afterparty that featured Zendaya, Kate Hudson, and Jessica Alba.

At the Vanity Fair Oscars party, she was joined by the cast of her movie, including Taika Waititi, Chris Rock, Donald Glover, Will Smith, and Sofia Vergara. Janelle’s dress was a bold black number from Christian Siriano that featured a high waist, a fluted hem, and diamond cutouts. It also included an ankle-skimming hemline.

During the awards, Janelle was awarded an honorary award, as well. While her film “Glass Onion: A Knivesout” isn’t nominated for any awards, she’s been nominated for eight Grammys, including Best R&B Album and Best Rap Album for her album “Ascending.”

After the ceremony, the Vanity Fair Oscars party was one of the top conclusions of the 2022 Academy Awards. With a star-studded guest list, this event is always a blast. And it’s likely that Janelle Monae will be back to attend the 2020 Academy Awards if the film does well in the voting process.

Although it may not be considered an Academy Awards contender, the Netflix original series “Glass Onion: A Knivesout” will be one of the biggest awards contenders for the awards in 2022. With an expertly controlled script, a stellar performance by Janelle, and an amazing cast, the movie is sure to bring the Academy to their feet.
