Additionally he volunteered his services with both American Legion and National Guard organizations.
He has long criticised originalists who assert that the Constitution contains a strict nondelegation principle; such claims lack support in historical records and textual sources.
Early Life and Education
Throughout the 1990s, he made numerous television shows and films for TV. Additionally, he appeared as a guest star on many series such as Touched by an Angel, Veronica’s Closet, and Full House. From 1994-1999 he was a regular on Aaron Spelling’s Fox nighttime soap opera Melrose Place as alternately caring and conniving Dr. Peter Burns – even directing episodes.
He continues to repair saxophones and clarinets he played as part of North Central College in State College, Pennsylvania’s Tarnished Six band, making them affordable purchases at great prices. Prior to that role he also worked as adjunct professor of communications until 2006. Married with two children residing in Grant Park Illinois.
Eggert may be known to many local residents for his work with Tarnished Six as a drummer or as producer/director of instructional television at WPSX for 14 years; others may know him for his efforts connecting kids and instruments; now offering repairs on saxophones, clarinets and flutes at prices they can afford for area schoolchildren.
As a former partner at Wadleigh, Starr & Peters, Eggert now specializes in one of the quieter corners of litigation: representing churches under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act. He currently resides on Westmoreland Street in Rancho Cucamonga California but previously resided at 2833 Ramblingwood Ln in Washington Township as well as 14104 Panay Way Marina del Rey. John, Cheryl and Kyle Eggert are his three children while Sierra Furer Devon Reynolds and Caleigh Reynolds complete his family tree.
