The images used to promote the toys went viral after Floyd’s passing, generating memes as well as negative reactions. While many of these George Floyd Toys are no longer available, some are still available.

George Floyd’s passing has brought renewed attention to social justice. The COVID-19 virus, which decimated the nation two-years ago, has since prompted a renewed focus on social justice. Many Black businesses saw a significant boost in sales, while Black citizens rallied around the message that Black Lives Matter.
