David Whitmore – A Biography

David Whitmore is a retired American football player who played for the New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs throughout his career.

He is a registered Professional Engineer and NACE Cathodic Protection Specialist. Additionally, he volunteers with the US Federal Highway Administration on various repair, corrosion, sustainability and education committees.

David Whitmore was born on June 12, 1952 in Lykens, Pennsylvania and is a poet, playwright, critic, and novelist.

He is the author of three plays and several collections of poetry. Additionally, he has contributed articles to magazines and newspapers.

Whitmore was an advocate for gay rights and HIV awareness. His articles and books focused on the human side of AIDS.

David was thus unable to reach his potential and instead chose to work at Compact Cable in Manhattan, where his father Julius worked as a cable repairman.

While employed at Compact Cable, David became aware of alien plans to attack Earth in order to take advantage of its resources. Although he hesitated, David ultimately decided against initiating nuclear strike against them; however, later regretted doing so.
