He also assists clients with ERISA and insurance coverage disputes. A member of the American Bar Association and Fellow of the International Academy of Construction Lawyers, his expertise is in construction law matters.
He was previously the general counsel of ESSI, Inc., having joined in 2006. He is involved in litigation related to backdating stock options and is awaiting trial in New York federal court.
