The Trial of Daniel Gargiulo Continues

At trial, prosecutors played recordings from Gargiulo’s jail cell. Prosecutors presented evidence showing how Gargiulo plotted against his jailer and to escape police custody by attacking their guard. A blue bootie found near Ellerin’s apartment contained Gargiulo’s DNA on an elastic band; according to forensic experts.

Gargiulo denied murdering Ellerin, Bruno and Paccacio and attempted to portray himself as the victim of domestic abuse when meeting with Daniel Nardoni for representation.
