Dan Kelsey is an assistant professor of Counseling, Rehabilitation and Human Services at University of Wisconsin-Stout. He earned both his undergraduate degree in psychology as well as master’s in rehabilitation counseling from these institutions.

As an avid Buffalo Sabres fan, he also loved auto racing, trains, classic movies and history documentaries as well as spending time with family. Additionally he found immense pleasure in both spending time with his dogs and drinking coffee – two things which brought great pleasure for him.
He currently oversees an array of environmental projects for clients such as government agencies such as EPA and New Mexico Environment Department Petroleum Storage Tank Bureau as well as private-sector firms like Freeport McMoRan and tribal entities such as Pueblo of Jemez.

AHRA was established in 1973 to represent the professional interests of nearly 6,000 imaging leaders at all levels within hospital imaging departments, freestanding imaging centers and group practices throughout the U.S. and internationally. Kelsey will lead her team of dedicated professionals at AHRA to increase its value to members, donors, sponsors, partners and other stakeholders.
Daniel leaves behind an extended family and dear friends in his wake; including his mother Lee Kelsey; sisters Dashia Kelsey, Andrea (Kevin) Chuc and Yolanda Kent; brothers Isaac Ramirez and Jessie Maldonado; granddaughters Marina and Maeve; nephew Darren; nieces Katelyn Eponine and Zoe Eponine Eponine Eponine Eponine Eponine Eponine Eponine Eponine Eponine as well as beloved dog Buddy who predeceased him. Daniel Kelsey Jr. was preceded by Daniel Jr. before passing.
Personal Life
Daniel Kelsey was a humble individual who found great happiness hunting and fishing with his family. Additionally, he enjoyed steam trains, old movies and documentaries. Daniel was an outstanding father and husband; an ardent Buffalo Sabres supporter; an outstanding friend; he leaves behind his mother, sister as well as a niece and nephew to cherish his legacy.
Daniel Johnson of Town of Lisbon was given 12 years in prison with four years extended supervision on Monday after he hit and killed Kelsey with his truck while pulling into her driveway. Assistant District Attorney Pablo Galaviz had requested 15 years for Johnson.
