Jack currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, where they enjoy winemaking, downhill skiing, golf and travel. Jack holds an AV Peer Review Rating with Martindale-Hubbell as well as membership to ABA.

Prior to his legal career, he held various employment in mining and banking sectors, serving as both miner and banker respectively. Furthermore, he is a member of numerous fraternal and charitable associations.

Early Life and Education

Born and raised in Thornton, Idaho, Cliff was passionate about traveling and spending time with his family. An avid rock collector who also took pleasure camping outdoors, Cliff was known for his strong work ethic that enabled him to succeed at everything he attempted – always learning new things while taking great pride in taking care of what he worked hard to acquire.

Following his service in the navy, he pursued civil engineering at various NSW shire councils and became an avid golfer during his free time. Additionally, he was an active member of Collaroy Services Beach Club and Dee Why branch of Returned Services League; playing golf in his leisure time. Above all else, however, he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Professional Career

Cliff was an integral member of Georgia Tech’s basketball coaching staff during his eight-season tenure at Georgia Tech, helping develop point guards Tony Akins and Jarrett Jack while acting as Paul Hewitt’s assistant coach.

Cliff has held various executive roles within the cable-TV, cellular-phone and paging industries over his professional career. Most recently he served as president of sales and marketing for National CineMedia.

He has appeared as a guest expert on several television programs, such as CNN and Fox News, presented at numerous conferences and seminars, and served as medical expert for Mayo Clinic’s Alzheimer’s Disease Research Program as a medical expert. Furthermore, he was involved with research projects with other prominent institutions like the NIH and NIA.

Achievement and Honors

Jack overcame his disabilities through active philanthropy and was involved with organizations such as Arizona Opera, Challenger Space Center, KUAT-TV and many community projects. Additionally he served on both Drury College and Northwest Arkansas Community College boards of trustees.

He was also an advocate for San Diego State athletics, raising more than $3 Million for both the university and its student athletes.

He has long been an advocate for students, having made contributions to numerous educational institutions and participating in SIFE – an organization dedicated to helping students explore business’s various opportunities.

Jack has been featured in various media stories. Most recently, he filed the first wrongful death suit against Amazon over its warehouse collapse that occurred in Edwardsville, Illinois and serves clients throughout Illinois. Additionally, Jack serves as a member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and was recognized by National Association for Community Leadership as an Emerging Leader.
