Ben McCormack passed away peacefully at home at 152 North Seventh Street in Chino after an extended illness, and was laid to rest at Bellevue Memorial Park in Ontario, California.
She first rose to prominence during the 1950s pigtail moppet era on TV shows such as Three’s Company and Dallas; later appearing in legit stage productions and independent movies.
