Anthro New England Panel Submission Deadline

During the upcoming Anthro New England conference, you can submit a panel for consideration. The submission deadline is Sunday, December 11 at 11:59 pm EDT. After receiving the submissions, the Anthro New England program committee will review them and contact panel organizers for further information. If approved, panels will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, submitting early is recommended to increase your chance of being accepted. There is no wait-list, so it is important to submit your panel as early as possible.

Panelists

The Anthro New England convention is one of the largest furry conventions in the United States. The convention was founded in 2015 and first held in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In 2018, the convention moved to the Boston Park Plaza. Since then, it has been held annually in Boston. The next convention will be held at the Westin Boston Seaport Hotel in 2023. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 convention will be held online.

Panels must be submitted by Sunday, December 11, at 11:59 PM EDT. Once submitted, the Events Team will review each submission and contact the panel organizers to finalize the details of the panel. Panelists will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis, so submitting your panel as early as possible will increase your panel’s chances of being accepted. While the deadline for submitting panels is fast approaching, panelists should remember that there is no wait-list.

Locations

Every year, furry conventions in Boston host Anthro New England, which is a regional event for the furry community. The first edition of the convention featured a theme of The American Revolution, so Boston Strong!, and this year’s event will be themed Back To The 90s!

In the year 2023, Anthro New England will move to the Westin Boston Seaport District, which is in the vibrant Seaport District of Boston. Located adjacent to the Lawn on D, the Westin Boston Seaport hotel features a 95,000-square-foot event space, a fitness center, and an indoor pool.

Costs

Anthro New England offers a Dealer’s Den that is equipped with WiFi. The service provides basic internet access to participating dealers, but does not provide a guarantee of reliability, security, usability, or speed. Because of this, it is recommended that dealers avoid using applications that require high bandwidth. In addition, the facility is secured after hours, so dealers should keep this in mind.

Anthro New England is a regional furry convention held in Boston, MA. This year, the theme is Back to the 90’s. The convention will take place February 17-20, 2022 at the Boston Park Plaza. In 2023, the convention will move to the Westin Seaport Hotel in Boston.

Submission process

If you would like to participate in the Anthro New England trade show, you will need to submit your schedule in advance. Once you submit your schedule, you will be contacted by the Anthro New England team to confirm your participation. All exhibitors must submit their Massachusetts Sales Tax ID, and any vendors who do not provide their ID will not be allowed to participate in the event.
