He spent much of his professional life in Southern California, where he earned a distinguished reputation in the oil and gas industry. Additionally, he published several technical papers as well as working on various construction projects around his home. With Rochelle as his partner, they frequently traveled around collecting items from their favorite destinations.
Yoelin began his career at one of the leading talent agencies before embarking on his successful producing career. Since then, he has collaborated with an array of skilled filmmakers and shepherded various projects through multiple studio divisions. Now at BOOM! Studios as Senior Vice President of Feature Films where he oversees its growing film slate. In addition, he serves as Executive Producer on Miles Teller’s forthcoming movie Two Night Stand as well.
Achievement and Honors
Yoelin made his television debut as a regular in HBO’s fantasy drama Game of Thrones in 2015 and later appeared in Tom Ford’s Nocturnal Animals alongside Jake Gyllenhaal, Laura Linney and Michael Shannon. Additionally he will star in an upcoming sci-fi flick entitled Extinction.
Yoelin is also behind Netflix’s live-action adaptation of bestselling Boom! Studios comic Irredeemable and Incorruptible. The film will be directed by BAFTA-winning Harder They Fall director Jeymes Samuel with Oscar nominee Kemp Powers writing the script; Shawn Carter (“Jay-Z”) Carter and James Lassiter will produce through their overall deal at Netflix while Ross Richie and Stephen Christy from Boom! Studios will serve as co-producers.
