Adam Yohanan is the principal attorney at Yohanan PLLC, where he specializes in corporate finance matters. Prior to this position, Adam worked in the finance departments of two “big law” firms: Milbank and Willkie Farr. At present he represents entrepreneurs, investors, freelancers, small businesses, artists and entertainers on transactional matters such as complex commercial contracts, business formation, corporate governance matters, mergers & acquisitions transactions as well as debt and equity finance transactions and intellectual property issues. Adam received both his bachelor’s from Tulane University before earning his law degree at Georgetown. Currently residing in New York City NY

Abraham Yohanan has earned numerous awards and honors throughout his career. He has been recognized for his accomplishments in athletics, academia and professional life – including membership on Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll and being team captain for Bronx High School of Science cross country and track and field teams as well as holding school records in 800m, 1600m and 4x800m relay events – earning All-State Honorable Mention as a senior at Bronx High School of Science as well as studying at University of California Los Angeles

Personal Life

Yohanan is an accomplished runner who earned Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognition all four years of college. Prior to that he competed at Bronx High School of Science for three years of cross country and track; earning All-State Honorable Mention as well as team captain status upon graduating as a senior. Now living in New York City he enjoys reading, hiking, music, watching Weeds (30 Rock/Family Guy/Memorirs of A Geisha etc), reading books (Weeds is his favourite) & watching shows such as Weeds/30 Rock/Family Guy/ Memoirs Of A Geisha!
